Initiate Your Return
Log in to your shop.realsports account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the shipping box and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
